Hafco 3/4HP, 12 speed Pedestal Drill Press
For sale is a Hafco 12 speed Pedestal Drill Press (3/4HP motor)
Condition is reasonable. There is surface rust on the Pedestal (common for a drill press that is 10-15 years old). However this could be fixed with some scouring pad and elbow grease if so desired.
The crank to raise the table has snapped (bumped when moving something near the drill press). The table can still be raised and lowered just fine, but replacing the crank handle would make life easier.
It is made from cast metal, so it cannot be welded back together, but anyone with basic metalwork skills could replace it with a bent piece of flat bar. Otherwise it runs fine, and was in regular use (but I have recently upgraded).
Price is $100.
For anyone wanting a drill press but doesn't want to spend a lot of $$ this would be a good option.
Collection is from South west suburbs of Sydney.
