    Default Home built CNC router

Some years ago I built a MDF cnc router to my own design, and it was quite successful. Has a cutting area of 600 x 450 x 150 (approx), is fitted with a 800wt air cooled spindle driven by a 1.5kw Huanyang VFD. Linear rails and ball screws on the 3 axis, as well as limit switches and emergency stop. Comes with controllers and pc, complete with Mach3 software. I have not used this for 3 years and I unplugged everything last year as I was supposed to move, which didn't happen.

Now I am downsizing, and this has to go. I will dig out the collets for the spindle, and as many of the small bits as I can find(a lot). Will also put the VFD manual as a doc, and my settings as an excel file, on a usb stick. Will supply the vacuum that I had on it, as well as the Dust Deputy.

The original post about the build was
Bitser in part, although the pics have gone. So putting up some quick pics I took today. I have the original video of when I first got it going, but can't get it to upload (size?). You can certainly ask questions, but whether I remember enough for sensible answers is problematic. So I guess this will be a leap of faith. lol

I have just tested the pc, and it is functional and has Mach3 installed. I am also licensed for Vcarve pro 8.5 and PhotoVcarve 1.102, and downloaded the install files and serials. Tested the install of Photovcarve, and it installed okay. I don't know if the software is transferable, but will put the installers on the usb stick with the serial numbers. It is your responsibility to ensure legality if you install.
