Default James Swan, Douglass, D R Barton Chisels

Here is a set of American Pattern socketted firmer chisels.
Six James Swan, One D R Barton and one Douglass
Up there with Thomas Witherby, all are from the top tier of historic American chisel manufacturers with outstanding steel.
    Sizes are as follows:
    1/8" DR Barton
    5/16" James Swan
    11/32" James Swan
    1/2" James Swan
    5/8" James Swan
    3/4" Douglass
    7/8" James Swan
    1" James Swan

All are between 12 and 13 inches in length except the Barton which is about 11 inches
Their length makes them ideal as paring chisels
All have US pattern handles and all bar one are original. The 7/8" is wearing a replacement handle.
These chisels sell for between $35 and $40 each on average, and you can do the math......$280-$320
....so I think that a fair price for the set is $200 plus postage
Message me if these interest you
    Tom

    Hmm,
I would prefer to sell this set together and not break it up - and it is still for sale at $200 for the set.
However I am prepared to sell individually if there is the need.
Prices are $55 for the 1/8" DR Barton and $35 for each of the others.
    Many thanks
    Tom
