Thread: Jet 18” bandsaw

Jet 18” bandsaw
18” single phase bandsaw.
Has done no work but was in a shed with a leaky roof so has pitting on the table behind blade.
Origonal tires were disintegrating so I fitted the blue urethane ones from the US.
Original blade but it’s very average as they all are so that needs replacing.
Asking $1100 .
Pick up inner west Sydney.
Possible of delivery Sydney by arrangement.

Do you have the model number and also what year it was made? And does it come with any blades? Thanks. [emoji1303][emoji1303]

Having seen this bandsaw in person now (collecting a different tool) I can say it’s in fantastic shape.
A great buy [emoji106]

Hi Clear out,
I don’t know what the rules are for seeing the product before purchasing, but I’m wondering whether I could see the band saw before making the purchase?
But if that’s not possible, can I say I’ll take it subject to seeing it run in all working order? And whether would you consider letting it go for $1,000?
Please advise.
Thanks,
Danny

As far as I’m concerned you’re first in line for the saw and welcome to come and try it out.
I will be out this morning but in after lunch.
The weekend is ok also.
I’m in Concord.

PS. $1k ok if you can pickup.Last edited by clear out; 2nd October 2020 at 07:13 AM. Reason: More info.

Thanks Clear out,
I’ll take it. I’ll come over and give it a test and if in good order then certainly settle the purchase.
I’ll pm you for address.
Thanks,
Danny
