Default Lathe Tool Rests x 8 - steel, heavy duty

Large, shallow curve 30 cm long (straight line measure from end to end), 1" rod rest
Large, tight curve (to 90 degrees) 35cm, 1" rod
    Large, S 40cm 1"
Large, skewed T 32cm 1" (ie. short bar at the end skewed about 45 degrees; only usable on a quite open form for minimising hollower overhang)

    Medium, S 27 cm 3/4" rod

    Small, S 21cm 12mm rod - the 3 small rests share a post
Small, shallow curve 20 cm 12mm rod
    Small, L 22cm 12mm

Plus the sleeve for a 30mm bore banjo (pictured attached to the top left rest)
Note the Irons toolgate in the pic isn't included (little bottom right)

    All posts are 25mm.

They are all STEEL and HEAVY and very well made.

    $250

These were bought from forumite Ern Reeders. "I just loved the curved rests for doing bowl outsides. Made for much less messing about and more flowing lines. Didn't find them forcing me into a standard radius."

Curved rests 25mm posts 8 off with one sleeve to 30mm for VL175 - and Irons Toolgate 1 inch post.jpg

    NOTE 2

I'm going to my storage sheds (yes, there are TWO) this week. Monday, if not Tuesday. I'll be collecting a lot of things to sell. Its time for me to realise that my life with big machines is over.... so its going to be liquidated.

Up for sale this week will be...

    -- Some highly figured blackwood
-- DustEaters Lace SheOak in about 5 bundles (there is literally a ton of it, so dont panic. All of it is gorgeous)
-- 3 big boxes of Anton Gerners veneers. This stuff is mind boggling. Its the extra premium stuff he uses on his furniture.

-- Carbatec 1/3rd HP Room Air Cleaner plus a whole bunch of MERV9 and MERV13 filters
    -- 4 watt Emblaser A3 laser cutter
-- Drill Doctor DD750X Drill Bit Sharpener, which goes with...
-- 2000W 240V To 110V Step Down Stepdown Transformer Voltage Converter AU USA Black

Next Week will be some big machines... table saws, drill presses, oscillating sanders, a bunch of Festool gear (groaaaannn) plus an absolute train load of lathe/turning gear.

They are very well made. Bloody heavy and immensely strong.

I was (am) impressed with them.
