Lewin Multi Plane with Set of Excellent Cutters
Here is a piece of beautiful industrial design.
The plane is complete, and is one of the easiest multiplanes to use.
Every moveable part is controlled by a simple lever cam lock, and adjustments can easily be done on the fly.
The fence has a very accurate micro adjuster which can also be locked at any position with cam locks.
The fence can be easily moved from the left to the right side, to cope with grain and orientation
The blade adjuster is one of the smoothest I have used, and the blade locks into place with - you guessed it - a lever cam lock.
There are ten - yes 10 - different straight cutters, and nineteen cutters in all.
The only downside is that the handle can be a little chilly on a winter's day until it warms up from your hand.
