    Default Makita N3701 Palm/Trim Router

    Makita N3701 Palm/Trim Router for sale - $55

Having just purchased another Makita trim router (a deal I could not pass up), my gain is your gain as I do not have space for both.

This N3701 is about 10 years old but in excellent working condition. These all-metal bodied versions are tough as old boots and last forever. I've been using it to remove waste from dovetails, as well as edge chamfers and round overs. It is light in the hand and very well balanced for one-hand use.

The collet is 1/4". The motor is 440W (0.6 h.p.), which is more than powerful enough for any of these purposes.

It comes with this edge guide ...

The router fits all the current Makita (and Chinese-copy) accessories, such as a plunge base and offset base. (Not included here, and nor is the fence in the photo above - that one is shop made. I will include the Lexan base in the top photo).

At this moment I prefer to sell it locally - pick up only, but will consider shipping if not contacted. PM me if you are interstate and interested, and I will wait list you.

    Regards from Perth

The Makita trim router is still available. My apology, but I have only just managed to reply to the interested parties (I was way laid in my efforts to get my recent entry to the WA furniture competition in on time), but they have not returned my PMs. So, postage is $17.65 anywhere in Oz, making the total $72.65

Let me know if you are interested.

    Regards from Perth
