Overhead Dust Collector for Table Saw
I purchased this second hand hoping against hope that it would work with my little 1hp dusty, but sadly no, needs a bigger dust collector to run the 2 ports at once.
$50, collect only - in Bendigo, Vic.
Has all parts needed to set up free standing (that way it can be swung away for clearance) and manual as shown

I’d love this assuming it takes a 100mm hose. Only problem is I’d need it posted. Is there any way I can twist your arm to do that ??

Back up plan might be family in Melbourne. Posting would be better though.

Hare and Forbes actually have a really cheap LPHV 3/4HP Scheppauch (?) dust collector that's rated for a fairly hefty 680CFM, cheaper still after the "Mates Rates" discount:
W886 - HD12 Dust Collector | Hare & Forbes Machineryhouse
Might be worth looking at?

And yes, 4"/100mm point to put 4" hose on.

Thanks Bob. Understood. I’m exploring family options for pickup. Will let you know in the morning.

Ok. Seems pickup is all good assuming you’re ok to hold it for a fortnight? (He just came back from Bendigo today of course). I’d be happy to pay prior. A couple of other questions. When you say it’s setup to be free standing I presume you mean there are attachments to ceiling mount it? I assume also that it could be mounted via the original pipe work off the table saw. Ceiling mounting is preferred for my setup but I think it could be easily modified. Thanks for your patience on this.

Hi Bob. I managed to track down a copy of the manual online. I can see it mounts to the ceiling or floor. It should be perfect for me so as long as the delayed pickup (say 2-3 weeks to be certain) is acceptable to you I’ll take it.

Hi Bob,
Out of curiosity, where did you buy the dust guard from? Cheers

Looks like it's a "PSI Woodworking TSGUARD". I can only find it available overseas, on eBay and Amazon..

Hi, sorry, have been uber busy today with church and socialising.
Bought it off a fellow woodie who lives over near Seymour somewhere. he had come into some dough and upgraded to a fully kitted out Sawstop (lucky bugger )
Yes, happy to hold it for you.
It is set up on the ceiling at the moment, wills end you a better pic tomorrow morning of how I mounted it. I used a 2x4 spanning the roof beams and the kit comes with adjustable cross braces that I connected at 90 degrees to each other.
Stay tuned for the next pic

Oh, if you think the 2x4 might be useful you can have it too.
