Default Record 044 and Record 043 Planes

Both of these planes are complete with depth stops etc.
The 044 comes with the standard rods and a full set of cutters.
The 043 comes complete - depth stops etc, but one cutter. It has been one of my most used planes (a little grubby as a result) and has a new cutter.
I can include the box with the 044 if you want it.
    Price:
    044 - $95
    043 -$59
    Plus postage
Message me if either of these interest you
    Tom

    Tom,
Do you have any spare blades for either the 43 or 44, I have both planes but only 1 blade for each.

    Thanks. Rick.

    Hi again Rick.
I have two straight blades that will fit the 043 - 1/8" and 5/16"
I also have a couple of small beaders that you can use with the 043 if you are interested, but I haven't measured them
The plane won't take anything wider I think.
The 044 has cutters with slotted backs for adjustment - sorry, I don't have any of those
    Cheers

Out of interest Tom; are the irons a set from a Stanley 50?
Nothing succeeds like a budgie without a beak.

The 1/8" is a Record from an 043, the 5/16" is from an incomplete set for a Stanley 55, of which there are maybe 25-30 blades
I also have a Stanley 55 complete, but minus the woodwork handles and grips - that's a puzzle
