One Off Router Table
I am listing this shop built router table that has been in storage for over 10 years & if I recall, it was built in the early 2000s.
I had the mechanism built by YAS Engineering as an adaptation of the Router Master set up, fitted my dear old Dad's Hitachi 30 year old TR12 Only the body is left. I think I sold the base to someone who damaged the own machine.
That cabinet is a bit sad, but the principle still works. Lift the table top to access the router for bit changes.
The mechanism is very precise & accurate with micro adjust, built in stop & plunge capability. It served well for years until I bought a Triton for the table saw wing. The only down side I found was the need to keep the lift bearings & mating surfaces spotless. If not. the lift felt 'grainy'.
It could also be returned to an overhead system for morticing, if you are a tinkerer.
Asking $300, Balwyn 3104 pickup
