Default Servian drill press. Makita 255mm mitre saw (not sliding). Ryobi bench grinder.

Hi all. Moving house, don't want to cart heavy stuff around, so, for sale, nice and cheap, but make an offer if not cheap enough.

Pick up in North Epping (Sydney suburb not Melbourne.)

As described below - Servian drill press with heavy steel table, Ryobi 1/3 HP 6"/150mm bench grinder, Makita 255mm mitre saw.

$50. Servian drill press with steel bench included.

Quite old and will probably only last another thousand years or so. A copy of old American models I think, but the motor (standard 240v single phase) works fine and it is a very solid machine.
The table has to be lifted up manually, i.e. no crank. Shaft is solid, about 70mm thick.
The chuck is some sort of Morse taper I guess, and there is a bit of play in it - the main body of the chuck can turn a bit when the shaft isn't moving but it doesn't seem to worry it. The chuck key is a bit worn but workable.
A switch has been added so you can press a button on the end of the orange cable to make it start and stop.
The table is square section steel tube that I got from a guy cleaning out a dingy little factory in Brighton-le-Sands.
There may be something this monster won't drill through. Then again there may not. It is really heavy. I managed to lift it up onto the table so I could bolt it on and it nearly killed me.
You will need a trailer or tough ute and a large friend to get it home.

$10. Ryobi bench grinder, as pictured. Just come and take it. It works OK but I never use it. If you take the drill press and table I'll throw in the grinder.

$10. Makita mitre saw. 255mm blade. Fairly old. Features: Pull the trigger, it goes, let go of the trigger, it stops. That's about it. The blade is a bit rusty but not really worn. Lots of oomph. Built to last. Quite heavy.

I'm selling this elsewhere now. If I could find coherent instructions, I'd edit the original post accordingly.
