    Default Shed cleanout

    I am in the midst of a Covid-inspired shed cleanout, and have a number of tools that I have rarely used because they were purchased by my heart rather than my head; I always regarded them as too special to be put to work.
    I have a Harold and Saxon 3/8" mortise chisel, with a handle of buloke. It has never been struck with a mallet! $125 plus postage.
    Stanley 24" spirit level, brass-bound mahogany, very close to mint condition. With its original tag and cardboard box. $35 plus postage.
    The piece de resistance: Chris Vesper 10" Signature series A++ Precision Master Square. At the time I bought this, Chris told me he had only ever made 5 squares that tested to 0.000mm deviation. As he wrote on the box 'This square is perfection'.
    It has African Blackwood infill. There is some slight scuff marking on the brasswork, but it has only ever been used as a master square for checking my more mundane user squares. $450 plus postage.
