    Default Sherwood Oscillating Spindle Sander

Lightly used Sherwood Oscillating Spindle Shader in nice shape. Runs surprisingly quiet, smooth and true. I had a restored, vintage, USA made Boice Crane OSS when I lived in the US and ran worse than this unit in all respects. Weight and size on this also makes it suitable to remove from the stand and put it up on, say, the second shelf of some long span shelving. If you are tight on shop space which I am sure most of us are?

$295 with stand, 3 spindles, 3 throat plates and 3 of the pictured sanding sleeves. Purchase whatever additional sleeves you want for $4.50/$5.50/$7 for small/medium/large (half of Timbecon's current retail pricing).

About 3 of the sleeves have some use and I think this represents the sum total of work this unit has done. I have mixed feelings about selling it but I recently moved and while setting up the shop it is clear that I have too much stuff.

    Pickup from Perth Metro (Booragoon).

    Cheers,

    Jayeson

Could I bother you and ask about the dust collection? How does it attach?

I can't get a photo of it right now but there is a hood with hose connection under the table.

Price drop to $240. If you are interested, don't take too long. The new shop is finally starting to get organised and if I find a place to put this sander, I will keep it.
