Stanley 55 Combination Plane & Full Set of Cutters - Unused
This is a real rarity because as far as I can see, the plane and cutters have never been used.
Apart from some self inflicted dings from inside the storage box, the plane looks as new as the day it left the factory.
Blades show no sign of use either.
It is complete with all parts, washers and accessories as far as I can tell.
There is some tarnish on the ends of the long rods.
The cutter box is one piece made from wood with four rows of cutters.
The cardboard boxing is a bit sad and the seams are a little fragile and will need repair.
I have just noticed that a packet with Stanley screwdriver, slitter and depth stop is somehow not in the picture, but I assure you it is present and in the same condition as the rest of the plane.
