Sth East SA Woodturning Workshop Clearance
A heart condition & arthritis has kept me away from woodturning for 3 yrs. I have finally decided to stop kidding myself & get rid of my stuff as a 'job-lot' clearance - ie $1500 the lot. inspection by appointment, purchaser to demount & remove without vendor assistance. This is what you get:
Teknatool NOVA DVR 3000 lathe with bed extension (at least 15 yrs old), asstd tool rests, chucks & other accessories, asstd Sorby & Toolex gouges etc, Tormek sharpener & jigs, set of Forstner bits, disc sander, Carba Tec band saw & combo planer/thicknesser, dust extractor. Wdtrng Wkshp Contents.jpg

OK,
The planer manual says its a AW106PT 10" x 6" Planer Thicknesser with an 1100W motor. Its 'footprint' is 1050 long, 485 wide, 820 high & weight is 150 kg.
Band saw manual states 14" (356mm) but no other specs.
Dust collector manual gives a model number of DC1500M. Motor is 2hp, 2950 rpm.
Tormek machine sticker says Tormek 1200, cutting wheel sticker says SG-200.
Please understand that in 3 years I have lost all familiarity with and confidence in use of this stuff.

When you create a post, in the tool bar above the edit box is a square “picture of a tree” button, when you click that, a pop up will let you “choose image” to upload from your phone or computer, then press “upload file/s” and it will appear in your post.

Good buying. I seriously considered it but in reality didn’t need anything. Glad it’s sold as I kept thinking that it would be good to collect.
