For sale Tormek T7 water cooled sharpening system. This system includes the following:
- WM-200 Angle Master
- Tormek T7 unit
- TT50 Truing & Dressing tool
- SE-76 Square Edge Jig
- Tormex Universal Supports ( 2 units included)
- Tormex Universal Base for Universal support
- All manuals and DVD
In addition the Tormek Woodturner's kit is also included. The following jigs and accessories are included:
- TNT-300 Wood turner’s Instruction Manual &n DVD
- TTS-100 Turning Tool Setter
- MH-380 Machine Cover
- LA-120 Profiled Leather Honing Wheel
- SVD-185 Gouge Jig

Three times? This is the third item this member has advertised then reduced to ridiculously low price so hard to argue beginners mistake. My suspicions are raised although I can’t think what sort of scam this could be.

Agreed. This poster has played the same tactics on gumtree. He had a boxed set of CMT Router bits advertised for $400...dropped the price to $50...then after contact raised the price to $150. Originally Posted by Gary H

What sort of things would one do to protect against these scammers. 1st one I can think of is to take cash on pickup but that doesn’t help interstaters

I never heard back from this bloke on my “I’ll take it” for the router bit set in June. No surprise really - I suspect we’ve got a not too sharp con artist hoping for a catch - not much we can do except know it’s a lure, but where to?

Well not sure what the go is but not any scammers introduce themselves: Hello every one. Maybe some of the chemicals went to he's head and screwed with he's maths and memory when it came to actually completing a sale - I mean it's possible right? I've had something similar happen to me when drinking 6+ beers but my effects only last while I was intoxicated, depending on the number of beers sometimes I could even remember the event. Anyway stay safe Lou & if you actually want to sell the three items you've previously listed here I'll take em all - payment on receiving the goods
