FITTING a ROUTER
Yes Alex, The table is designed to fit routers of different sizes and designs.
There are 4 clamps which can be positioned to suit a particular machine.
Each clamp has a base which is bolted into the most suitable slot, and sets the position of the router.
The machine is held in place by clamps which screw onto the 4 bases. These also have adjustment capability.
To remove the router for hand-held use, it is not necessary to remove any bolts or screws. The clamp screws are just loosened by hand, and the clamps can slide outwards to release the router.
No readjustment is needed when re-fitting the router to the table, just sit the machine between the bases, slide the clamps over the router baseplate, and hand tighten the screws. Ready to work.
This process is described in the instruction manual.
If you are still not sure I could post a pic of the underside of the table.

I’m keen if you’d consider freight.

Freight option
HI Racingtadpole,
Your location is shown as Adelaide, so freight could add significant cost for you.
Couriers Please price based on approx dimensions is $86.09 if signature required, for 2 day delivery.
The weight of the whole package would be 15 - 20 kg.
Are you interested in all items?
I could get an exact freight quote for the items you want to buy.

$85 for freight (even though that’s en expedited service) is probably more than I’m willing to entertain. I’ll pass thanks, will keep looking locally. Best of luck selling it, it’s a nice looking unit.

G'day
Are there legs with the router table, or does it need the triton mk3 base? (i have the original mk3 router table, but this looks like a better table. Is it?)
