Upgraded Sawstop table saw (Melbourne Delivery possible)
Notes:
- Apologies for the poor pictures - extremely busy atm but I figure the denizens of this forum know what they're looking at. I'll get better shots if it goes to scumtree
- My pm box is fullish and I don't have time to go through and clear it out. As per forum rules, buy it here, and then I'll sort details out by email/phone rather than pm
- I have some additional bits which I'll advertise separately, but priority will go to the buyer of the saw.
- Pick up/inspection in Newcastle NSW. Bits fitted in the back of a Kia Cerato Hatch when I got it. The wooden cover is the largest item - everything else breaks down to convenient easy-to-swallow pieces.
- Peter (Riverbuilder) is doing a Syd to Melb trip with a dirty great trailer, so it might be possible to get the saw to VIC if necessary. Some petrol costs/sharing involved.
Upgraded to a slider, so this little gem is for sale. Sawstop is now owned and manufactured by Fe$tool, so the relentless annual price rise means that these hold their value extremely well - it's not an issue if you need to sell down the road.
(New rrp and link in brackets)
Sawstop Contractors Table saw with 36” glide rail ($3129)
Cast iron wings ($449)
Mobile base ($329)
Wooden table cover (Fine furniture at it's best, priceless)
Home-made cross cut sled (future collectors item, priceless)
Manuals, build sheets, spanners, Guard/riving knife combo, riving knife, mitre gauge, original blade.
New= $3907+. I'm after $2700
Very good condition. Cartridge has never fired; original blade has had little use as I have several Amana tools blades that I use (note that the blue blade in the arbour picture is not included - the original SS blade is).
An excellent tool, and I wouldn't consider any other type of std table saw if I was buying again - I've been involved in putting too many hands back together after a chance encounter with 10000rpm of spinning metal.

I'm keen. Unfortunately the earliest that I can look at it will be Saturday morning. Are you ok to hold it until then?
