Veneer Vacuum Press and Bag - Airpress ProPlus
For sale is a high quality, dry running, maintenance free vacuum pump (8m3/hr), fitted with vacuum gauge. This is supplied by AirPress in the UK. I used it infrequently to glue thin and 3 mm veneers to plywood. Our business did not have that great a need for it. This is in near perfect condition and comes with a 2.6m x 1.35m 600 micron seamless Polyurethane bag. There is no glue spill on the bag.
The details of the vacuum press is as follows.
- High quality, dry running, maintenance free vacuum pump (8m3/hr), fitted with vacuum gauge.
- Powder coated, tubular steel carrying frame.
- Extra vacuum port fitted for running up to 2 bags simultaneously.
- Ultra tough, seamless and highly flexible 600 micron polyurethane bag (2600mm x 1350mm), open both ends for easy access.
- 2 Extruded bag closures - eliminates the need for battens and clamps.
- Aluminium hose connector assembly with quick release non-return valve.
- 2m reinforced flexible hose, fitted with anti-kink spring guards and quick release connector.
- 3m breather fabric - prevents trapping air in bag.
