Are the backs flat all the way to the edges? It's a little hard to tell in the photos but the backs right at the cutting edge look a bit rounded in the photo.
If it is flat, I'll take all 3 posted.

Ive never actually touched the backs when sharpening them, I read that the pmv11 chisels are machined super accurately and that you shouldnt flatten them as you will most likely do a poorer job. Havent had any issues with it.
