I'll be happy, of course, with whatever decision Bucky makes- but would be grateful if we keep to the rules for these threads, as highlighted above- no PMs until the deal is done, keeping everyone in the loop on a level playing field until the seller makes their decision...

Not that I want to be tarred with the pedantic police label, but the rules clearly state the first person to say "I'll take it" wins.

What you should have put above is "I'll take it if you're happy with $250 plus post?". Seems minor I know, but it's plastered over the top of all the marketplace forums.

Sold to the first person who said “I will take it” as per my understanding of the rules. Hope there are no bad feelings.

No bad feelings mate, and I think my second post was misinterpreted by the pedantry police(!)
I was not claiming 'first dibs', as I had indeed not said I'd take it, - I was merely observing that PMs are a 'post-sale' activity, as far as I understand the rules... It was your decision, and not a difficult one for you!
