    Default Vintage Chain Mortising machine

I'm brand new to the forum so please forgive a "learner"
I have an old Chain Mortising machine for sale.
It is in poor condition but it runs when plugged in to 240V and is ripe for restoration.
It comes complete with 3 different size chains and sprockets.
It is part of the estate of a gentleman who was a carpenter and joiner for 40 years.
It's located in the Inner West of Sydney and will need to be picked up if you purchase it.
I'd like $150 and a good home for it please.

And if it was near Townsville, I also would have been all over it.

I’d be interested in a look at it if that’s ok.
I’m not supposed to be buying anymore treasures
But I do have a couple if similar mortisers in the shed.
One is a straight chisel Oz made.
The other a line shaft hollow chisel.
Your machine was probably lineshaft driven originally.
Where inner west are you? I’m at Concord.
