Thread: Woodcarving tools: Pfeil, Ashley Isles + other items + books

These items are from a deceased estate. I have no personal background in woodcarving and can't offer much comment re quality and desirability but the brands should speak for themselves to people 'in the know'. I have done a cursory check on Carbatec and am offering them at what I am guessing to be about 1/4 to 1/3 current retail value, which I hope is 'attractively priced' (Let me know if I'm dreaming!). It's probably too much to hope for sale of the whole collection as a single lot, though that would be my preference... so I have grouped them into 'like kinds' to make the process a little easier.

One leather h/d the other substantial padded felt like material.

GROUP 7: Ball swivel work holder + mallet $100
The work holder has a 75mm solid steel spherical part and a 38mm square solid steel bar for mounting in a vise etc (it is a super heavy duty unit!). The steel rule is just for scale. 8 or 9 kg here for postage.
