Might be a good idea just to reply/post where you live in vic. Also a list with model numbers or details of exactly what you’re selling. 6k worth of stuff requires some info...could include the arcade game, could not. We don’t know.

I would suggest that the number of people on this forum would most likely be struggling to justify $6k for something that they probably have 75% 90% of already.
I would suggest you try Gumtree or the Mens Shed forums, there has been mention recently on this forum that new ones are either starting or looking for gear, Im sure you will more than likely have a better chance with them.

How about laying off the guy a bit. Plenty of advice because you don’t seem to agree on what he’s doing.

Fair enough he wants to sell it off in one sale as it avoids plenty of work struggling with seagulls fighting over the scraps - sure it will likely mean he might get less $’s than selling separately, but time spent selling small lots is also precious or worth $’s in itself. Gumtree is another world of pain with the number of deadbeats on there (I use gumtree a lot [emoji2957]).

There has been mention that there are also 60 photos so if you are keen I’m sure you can get these emailed or put on drop box. Based off some of the equipment in the photos, Jet, Incra, Trition, Kreg etc it looks like reasonable gear so for anybody starting out it could be a great start - and the buyer can sell on what they may not need.

The seller should at least post a suburb in Victoria as collection of all this gear will be an operation in itself.

    Good luck with the sale.

Thanks, I’m glad you got the idea, I’m selling because I’m time poor, sure I could gum tree or eBay everything but that would take weeks, I tried to put the suburb but had no luck.
It’s Frankston south Victoria. For the record before I purchased all the gear I spent a lot of time on forums making sure I got the right gear, by far I got some great advice and the complete gifkins set up was a great purchase.

Thanks again for your helpful comments

Is all of this still available? I’d like to see the photos of everything so I can make a decision if possible.
    Cheers.

If you really bought it you and the seller breached Forum rules.

Don’t bother - they don’t police these threads. Any content or traffic is gold to them!

The number of times I see <for sale> immediately followed by <sold>, it is a joke.
But what can they do? Block a seller who only registered in order to sell?
