Default 10+ Colorfull / Figured / Rare Knife handle blocks + LOTS OF MYSTERY FREEBIES

I will be listing a lot of colorful, figured and obscure / Rare timber knife handle blanks over the next week or so. Firstly I have 3 packs of knife handle blocks, lots #1 #2 and #3. The 3 lots all contain the same 10 species, some just differ in size. They weigh.roughly 1.5kg.
PLUS heaps of free bits and pieces of varying sizesĺ suitable for metal knife handles and solid wooden pate/cheese knives etc to fill the 3kg express post satchel they will be sent to you in. Each piece will have a number that corresponds to the numbered I.D chart that will be sent with every order.(see attachment)IMG_3655.jpgIMG_3653.jpg.
Asking $95 all up per lot including postage which works out to less than $8 per block😲
I will list 4 lots of b/matched sets and scales soon.
    CHEERS,
    Dale .👍20190816_153532.jpg

Are the blocks stabilized? Knife makers will want to know this.
I got sick of sitting around doing nothing - so I took up meditation.

No Doug they aren't. I didn't even think about that. Even if they have been drying for anywhere from 11 to 80 years that still won't guarantee the stability in service that stabilization does.
I have a big box of this amazingly figured spalted red elm burl blocks that are slightly soft in places that I have been meaning to get stabilized. If anyone can provide this service or knows someone who can, please let me know. Thanks

I have made a couple of knives and I am not good enough yet to fork out for high quality stabilized handle blocks. It's the high end makers who get $500+ per knife that would definitely want stabilized. I just use my own offcuts.
