    I have for sale the following, to be sold as one lot, pick up only, located in Augusta:

    1 x 2m3+ large round jarrah burl ball
    1 x 1.3m3 jarrah burl
    1 x 1m3 jarrah burl
    8 x 0.6- 1m3 jarrah burls
    3m3 large jarrah burl flitches/caps
    2m3 smaller jarrah burl flitches/caps
    1.2m3 jarrah burl ball slabbed

    Total price $10,000
    That's less than $1k/m3 for LARGE dry jarrah burl...
    I hope to find someone who can value add to this timber to increase its value significantly

    It looks like stunning stuff - too big and too far for me, unfortunately. As a suggestion, a photograph of the surface one of those slices through the "burl" would probably help your sale. people love spiffy photos! It looks like these are all lignotubers ("burls" at ground level) rather than insect/fungal burls higher on the trees? OK, that's a botanical distinction, but may be of interest to potential purchasers.

    Thanks for your thoughts and opinions, much appreciated.
    I do not think there are ANY lignotubers amongst them to be honest, particularly the big burls.
    If they were lignotubers the tree would be world record size...lol
    I know the pics are not the greatest. I will endeavour to get better ones soon.
    The milled burl slabs are up to 1600 wide. Made into tables you could double your money right there!
