If it helps, I'm interested in burdekin plum in general if you are thinking of cutting and selling some more (lovely timber)!

Hey mate, I do have more all the 8 years+ dried timber is all around 30mm thick, but I do have 20+ slabs that are between 35-50mm thick that i could shorten, also some still in log form. This was an old tree, fell around 18months ago and slabbed 6-8monthes ago so is dry being from a mature tree. let me know some sizes/amounts and see what I can do.

Not sure if you would have it available in the sizes I am looking for.
I am looking for unusual timber or timber with a story for my workbench build. I already have a lot of interesting pieces but looking for more nice ones for prominent areas.
Would any of the burdekin plum logs you have be able to be sawn to yield two pieces that could be dressed to: 4" x 3.5" x 24" and 2.5" x 4.25" x 24" no sapwood and no core, quartersawn?
Happy to get roughsawn as long as they would dress down to these dimensions.
Cheers

Nice looking BP. I'm always on the lookout for HQ timbers. Got a price on min 300 long, 25-30 thick x random widths in increments of 25-30mm for re-saw?

I'd be looking for some bits very similar to double.d, but can handle shorter - say 600mm long x 100+ wide x 25+ thick and not over 20kg for post.
Thanks!
Danny
