Champhor Laurel Burl - nearest town Murwillumbah 2484
dropped July 2019.
the burl is 630 cm through the middle.
my sister has her arms around it. and my beer is there while I take the photo to give scale to the pictures. wild dogs down there so we don't linger even in groups.
I am in Nobbys Creek in northern NSW. transport is another issue I may need help with. Happy to co-operate with buyers suggestions.
I don't have a clue what $$$ to ask for. I saw on another thread they are asking $6 per kilo for slices.
as per rules I must list a price but feel free to negotiate as this is not my area of expertise.
I will ask $3 per kilo as a starting point.
cheers Lillian

This will still be wet not dry. I'd suggest $3/kg for the wet weight is a fair price for the burl, but their looks like a lot of trunk in that lump.
Let me know if you are interested in selling it though as is, I'm on the Gold Coast, but may be able to pick it up for the right price assuming I can arrange border crossing. Contact me on 0417 782 204 if interested in negotiating something

looks pretty dry, cut off the stump and i reckon 3 bucks is not bad though 2 bucks per kilo, no stump, that would be fair for a border crossing, a legal crossing obviously!
