    Hi Fergiz,
    Nice slice!
I would be interested if still available.
Could you wrap in Bubble Wrap and give me a weight and I will check the freight.
    regards
    Billy

    Hi Billy,

I'm not sure that I have scales big enough to weigh it. Let me see what I can find though.

    Cheers,
    Zac.

    Hi Zac,
Thanks, an old trick is to jump on bathroom scales holding the slice, then without.
    regards

    Hi Zac,
I definitely want it, but I need the weight for the freight.
I will pay an extra $10 if you can bubble wrap it and attach a label.
    regards

Sorry Billy it's been a busy week and I don't have any bathroom scales to make weighing easy. I'd estimate the weight to between 20 and 25kg. Let me know what freight option that you work out and if they need a more exact weight. Cheers Zac

    Hi Zac,
Allowing a package 60x65x10cm @ $25 I can get it here reasonably cost effectively.
Can I ask you to wrap and send me final dimensions I will assume 25kg.

    SOLD

Please PM Bank & Address details.
    regards
    Billy

my daughter and grand-daughter are in Perth, so I try to get there at least every 2 years. I was supposed to be there now if it wasn't for COVID. I could have got my daughter to pick it up and store it till I got there

    Hi Zac,
The burl slice arrived yesterday, safe & sound.
You were not kidding, it was much heavier than I expected!
Just need to find the right project for it!
    Thanks again.
    regards

It's a dilemma isn't it? I have a couple of large jarrah burls I bought some years back, waiting for that "special" project worthy of such magnificent timber!

Clock, table top, stabilise and make resin blanks, almost impossible to choose! ;-)

That's easy, one at my place

Have fun with it. If like me, it will probably sit some where for a few years. I've still got Jarrah Burl bowl blanks for the last 2 trips to Perth, so some have been there fore over 5 years
