Kauri tongue and groove boards
I'm pulling down an old mining portable in my back yard in Castlemaine. The walls and floor are all Kauri, maybe 25 square meters in total. The boards are 110x30mm and various lengths from 1200 to 2400mm. A lot of the T&G are busted, some came off okay. It's all de-nailed. $30 per lineal meter or near offer.

The stack is all the cladding boards, the green floor is also Kauri and that will come up too. Close to pulling down the whole structure — make me an offer!
The lining boards are probably Baltic pine given the age of the structure, will be trying to get them off carefully too incase anyone is interested.
