Silver banksia
Hi folks have some banksia pieces for sale, spalting in some along with ray figure. Testing at 20% moisture content and d.a.r. The two widest boards have only one clean side and cracks on the reverse side which may be able to be stabilised with the addition of some glue or resin. Can be seen in photos.
First line of pictures show 1@130×18×345,1@138×18×240(cracked ones)1@86×16×415,1@36×26×290,1@29×18×255,1@58×18×190. Second lot of pics show 1@86×26×415,1@50×18×330,1@39×18×340,1@40×20×240.
Weight 3.4kg and asking $45 plus freight.

beautiful grain in this species I have recovered some and love the grain and the resulting timber is quite hard .Just have to slice when green and allow lots for warping and cupping.[if using bandsaw]
