Latest is an admittance that they have no tracking ,scanning, or any idea where it is. Last seen the night of pickup when it arrived at Brisbane depot. Response to last querry was claim if I had insurance if not .Its my problem. But I,m reassured by Aldav that its only a storm in a tea cup

That's a damn shame Ian, I know from past experience couriers are accountable to no-one so I feel your pain!

I will add that for inexces of 40yrs I have received and sent, very expensive race engines & components around the world and to all states in Australia. With never problem, so I have a fair idea how the freight industry works

This is interesting Ian, I used them about 2 months ago to send a heavy parcel to a forum member in South Australia, and the label I printed had a barcode and when I took it to the local freight depot, it was scanned by a lady as I put it on the counter.

What a coincidence, the parent company from memory supplies fuel and I rang them to inquire about some race fuel that I was told they had. In the end it all got too hard and I decided to buy it elsewhere.

You could say that it appears to be completely gone.

Send them a copy of your payment receipt for the item. Ask them to cover it.

One shouldn't need insurance if their own people flog things.
