    Default The shed cleanout continues!

Hi all, as my circumstances have changed, I'm needing to be a bit more brutal with my many projects.

This time it's a commercial freight case made by Aerolyte in Australia. These are generally used to pack delicate or sensitive stuff in for travelling, used a lot by roadies, IT companies for server and storage gear, etc. They're also really great for long term storage of things that might be damaged by external environment or moisture. Until now I've used it for storing some fairly sensitive electronics that I've now moved on.

I bought this with the intention to make a coffee table with, but realistically that ain't likely to happen now so I'm selling it. I'm after $150 ono, which is close to a third of what I paid at the time, these cases were around $2000-$2500 new.

It's in sensational nick, all the hardware is good and works fine, the hinges are strong, and this thing is made to take a massive amount of weight, with a plywood frame covered in aluminium sheet and re-inforced along all edges and underneath, with really solid corner bump protectors.

Overall it measures 740 wide x 600 deep x 520 high from the ground to the top. The heavy duty foam lining is in great nick apart from some very minor damage as seen in the pics, and the cavity measures 605 wide x 485 deep x 215 high, but you could easily pull the foam out if you wanted to make full use of the space.

With the heavy duty PU wheels, just whack a timber panel on top and it would make a brilliant coffee table that is easily moved around and has loads of storage inside. Would also be absolutely perfect for a cafe!

Pickup from Abbottsford or near Mulgrave only, no shipping sorry unless you want to organise a courier to pick it up.

I was hoping to have a bunch of other stuff up a couple of months ago but am way, way behind on everything, but when I get time I'll be putting up the following for sale as soon as I can:

    - An ELU router table with accessories (super rare!). I used an MOF177 in it, but it should also fit any of the Dewalt/Trend clones of the ELU's as I believe they all still have the ELU standard hole pattern.
    - A practically mint ELU TSG 173 Flip Saw with a bunch of accessories, complete with an original ELU dual to single port port dust extraction hose kit (try and find that anywhere!).
    - An extension frame and fence table kit for the ELU flip saw (I've never seen one of these sets for sale!).
    - A Selective Engineering Torque Routermaster (absolutely phenomenal piece of kit! Super useful as a pin router!).
    - A Woodman or Woodfast (not quite sure which yet?) I think it's a 2.2kw cabinet saw with sliding table and fence, either 10" or 12" (again not sure, I've used it only a couple of times as I just really don't have room for it).

    Price drop to $100 ono!

Think of the sensational storage chest/table you could easily make this into!
