    Default Unique Doll House - “Victorian Country House” circa 1970

    This original US made kit dollhouse was purchased during travels there, app 30 years ago by a neighbour, who stored it due to their circumstances in the garage since then. I was asked to assemble it recently since she could not. Made mostly of ply and solid elements, it is a large house, 900m wide, 600 deep, 800 high. It is completed to sanded stage. It comes complete with beautifully crafted parts, such as windows which operate,staircases, balustrades, front door and decorative external parts. This is a project for someone with the skills and interest to complete its construction, perhaps as a project with a granddaughter. I did not install these elements because completion would be difficult if not impossible to do with those in place. Included is suggestions by the manufacturer about how to decorate the house. The company Hofco inc. went into liquidation some 20 years ago, having operated for some 50 years, producing a range of dollhouses.
    Asking $500 including everything which belongs the house design. In Sydney, It is too large to post,
    inspection and delivery by me can be arranged if needed.
