    Default Bevel-edge Chisels

Wanting to put together some Wards, Marples, Charles Taylor, Sorby, or... bevel-edge chisels.

    Criteria:
Hand forged bolsters and square neck only.
    Bevel-edge only.
Must be stamped with the maker.
    Prefer cast steel.
Not interested in anything that is less than 75mm blade length.
Handles can be missing or damaged as I'll probably replace them anyways with carving pattern handles.
Not interested in chisel that are overly rusty and pitted.

You must accept PayID, I don't do Paypal

    I don't do PayID - sorry.
If I find some perhaps we can work something else out

Great, thx mate. PayID is just a bank transfer, minus giving out the BSB and account number, but we could do a bank transfer.

    Sad news.
I have plenty of chisels in the brands you are looking at, but they are all firmers - no beveled edged I'm afraid.
    Cheers

The quest is nearlyy complete. Though I'm still looking, let me know as some of these will be culled as I determine steel quality...

I originally wanted to stick with the handle on the far right - carver pattern handle. But, I have too many to change out if I go the route and boxwood is rare as hens teeth in Aus... So! anyone got handles in the style of the middle ones, in Ash, needing a chisel to mate with? Ferrules would be of interest also...

I don't think I have spare handles sorry, but that pattern is easy to turn.
It would be best to mate the handle to the chisels though - narrower handles to smaller chisels etc.
