Verawood, Errrrr ummmm ye not going to bid on that one, postage is a killer.

There seems to be lots of draw knives available in the States but unfortunately it’s the postage blues again.

    Cheers Matt.

I better check my drawknife collection - I might be sitting on a fortune and not know it.
I got sick of sitting around doing nothing - so I took up meditation.

This seems a viable alternative to what’s on EBay

    Auscab,

Just had a look at the EBay listing, the back has been heavily rusted at one stage lots of pitting, tho it’s fairly chunky so it might polish out(with a lot off elbow grease).
But it seems to be the cheapest from what I can see,

    Will keep an eye 🫡,

    Cheers Matt.

Kirschen is definitely a very good German brand. I bought one of those when I did my apprenticeship as a carpenter in Germany some 40 years ago. I still have it in pristine condition.

How about a Arno drawknife from Henry Eckert in South Australia? Three shaped blade versions at $119 plus shipping or all three for $339.

    Cheers

    Thanks for all the replies,

But the Hunt is over, for now(We’ll at least 24 hours [emoji6]).
Do draw knives multiple like saws ?.

Found a unbranded Draw knive today while out Rust hunting.
    Blade is fairly thick,too.

Will have a good look at it tomorrow.
    Paid $70 [emoji20][emoji20]

    Cheers Matt.
