Drum Sander Use/Rent
Hi all
Just wondering if anyone knows if there's a place in Sydney that will let me rent time thicknesser for an hour or so (probably less!)
I have a patterned plywood edge table top I've built, but it's too wide for my thicknesser and my electronic planer is just leaving cut marks all over. So I'd like to see if I can run it through a larger thicknesser for a few passes to get it flat top and bottom.
The piece is currently about 650 wide but will be trimmed to 450 at finish
I've just run a straight edge along the piece and it seems I've taken off quite a bit on a middle section with the planer
Thanks!
Adam

Weird, I changed the thread to thicknesser a while ago...
Anyway, no longer need this. I made a jig to run my little trim router over the top which worked well.
