    What about one of these, I've had one for 5-6 years and only replaced the belts once...

    I have this one,

    Jet Benchtop Oscillating Spindle Sander | Spindle Sanders - Carbatec

    I haven’t used it as much as I like too,
    Still using the sanding bobbins it come with.
    But I couldn’t live with out it,
    Build quality is good table tilts,
    It just feels like a Quality machine,
    But saying that it’s the only one I’ve ever used too!!

    I've seen complaints about this one being made somewhat flimsy, and not a very fantastic performer.

    The Jet though double the cost, really is far superior, and has a large cast iron table which you really do want for sanding anything larger than a widgit.

    I'd be saving pennies for the Jet definitely, its a fantastic machine.
