Router bit holders (Lee Valley style)
Im after some Lee valley style router bit holders 1/2" and 1/4". Does anyone have some surplus supplies they are willing to part with?

Not that I have either of the LV products but; are you talking about the plastic or brass ones?
I do have some CMT plastic ones that I am not using; nor look like ever using. In both sizes, IIRC.

Thanks mate. I'm looking for the kind that can securely hold the bits horizontally. The make (or material) isn't too important. Lee Valley ones have a screw hole at the bottom for mounting the holder at whatever the angle the board they are fixed to is.
I don't know the CMT ones you are referring to... is it this: Amazon.com

That direct link is for the board that holds the inserts. You can simply drill holes with a Forstner bit and insert the holder directly into a board. The hole is nothing special.
If you have a 3D printer, there are loads of models for similar types of router bit holders on Thingiverse.
