    Default Anyone have a spindle moulder in Melbourne? Need some timber cornices!

    Hi folks,

    I'm chasing some timber cornices for a restoration. Unfortunately I cannot find the profile I need, in the material I need, anywhere in Australia.

    Do you have (or know of anyone with) a spindle moulder that could help me out? I'll bring the timber, beer, and cash.

    Need just under 20 lineal metres in pine or cedar in a similar profile to this, around 100mm wide:

    Head to your nearest Bowens. They should be able to source it for you. I used to work at their Shepparton store and I'm sure I delivered something like that at one point or another.
    I cut it twice and it's still to short.

    Thanks Fuzzie, I had seen Finlayson's but shipping would be a killer.

    I went into Bowens a while back and they couldn't really help, will try again though.
