Table Saw Tenoning Jig
I could make one, but if anyone has one of the metal ones they no longer want that could work well too.

I've got one, still in the box, never used. It's the same as this one - China Table Saw Tenoning Jig (TJ-38) - China Contractor Saw, Woodworking Machine
I'd be happy to take $80 for it with freight at cost. If you're interested PM me your delivery address and I can get a freight quote for you.
Cheers,
David

Hey Aldav, that sounds pretty much like the ticket, looks to be the delta one. I did see a few reviews around that they sometimes need a little adjusting to fit nicely in the mitre slot, did you ever even pop it on the saw? I wonder if I could use it to cut the little sliding dovetails on the ends of web frames while I wait for my router table to be set up!

As I said I've never used it, it's still in the plastic wrapping in the box. I took out the mitre bar and test fitted it to the slot in my bandsaw table - my table saw doesn't have undercut T style mitre slots and I didn't want to disassemble the bar - and it's a firm fit requiring minimum adjustment, if any. The bar has two width adjusting grub type screws fitted if the fit is loose. It's one of the samples I imported but decided not to proceed with, mainly because of the freight options at the time, it weighs 10Kg packed. It comes with a manual that covers assembly and adjustments and seems to be reasonable, plenty of explanatory pictures as well as text. I have an account with Fastway and got a quote of $17.93 to freight it to Oyster Bay.
I'll leave it up to you and those more experienced in the use of these as to whether it is suitable for your intended purpose. I use loose tenon joinery so I'm highly unlikely to ever use it.
