Veritas Square Bench Dogs - Lee Valley Tools
They do not appear to be available in Oz. Why not the brass round shafted version?

Hi Derek,
I have a couple of square dogs and would like some more, secondhand whatever, I am a traditionalist like the look of the dogs, I am building a roubo bench and just like that look, I have two dogs one for the wagon block and another in the row of holes if no dogs come forth, I will make some to fit. I will have round holes on the sliding deadman.

I thought as much, Shaun. I searched around the various possibilities in Oz, and could not find any. I wonder why they are no longer sold here. I imagine that they are not a good seller for stores to keep in stock.
If you like them that much, plan for them, and the worst case scenario is that you either make some in very hard wood or purchase from Lee Valley (postage is not that bad).
