    Default Veritas Large Scraping Plane

As the title suggests, I'm looking for a large scraper plane preferably the Veritas version but I'll also consider the Lie Nielsen version and their Cabinet Maker's Scraper Plane. Please let me know if you have one you're willing to part with.

    Cheers,
    Mike

Much appreciated, Tom. Does it have the thin blade or the thick?

The thin can be bowed with the thumbscrew like one would use a card scraper and the thick cannot. It doesn't really matter which blade it comes with because I'll buy the other one in due course.

Pretty sure it's the thick one then.
    It's in the workshop.
I'll be down there later and will check

UPDATE: I've accepted Tom's kind offer, so unless OzPost loses or damages the package, my search is finished. I've had recent problems with OzPost recently (see here) so I'll wait until I have the plane in hand before asking the mods to close the thread.

    Cheers and thanks again Tom.
