    Default Woodfast and Durden machines

    Hello everyone,

I've recently finished studying Architecture and I would like to use my design skills to have ago at making some furniture.
I was lucky to find an old Woodfast Alta combination saw in almost unused condition, and it works amazingly. Can't believe how well built the machine is.
I'm quite proud that it was made here in SA, which has now also put me on the hunt for other Woodfast machines that I could use for furniture making.

Just wondering if by any chance there are some people looking to get rid of some old Woodfast or Durden machines that I could buy?

    Thanks,
    William

    Hey,
I've got the machines on the trailer at the moment if you want to come and have a look.? One is complete and ready to use, the other is missing some parts, but has extras fittings the other doesn't.....

Our local Men's Shed (at Aldgate) has a couple of Durden Jnr saw/jointer/moulders that are now surplus to our requirements, which we are about to sell.

If anyone is interested, PM me to arrange to come and look at them.
    Stay sharp and stay safe!

    Neil
