Scintilla jigsaw anyone?
Here is one for the vintage power tool enthusiasts! It runs and there is a couple of spare blades.
My late father scrounged it from somewhere and it is now taking up room in my workshop.

I had one of these for years.
They are Bosch but after WW11 that wasn’t great name for marketing tools.
H.Jimcracks for the rich and/or wealthy. (aka GKB '88)

I had one of these, best jigsaw I have ever used, slightly different model, had a knob centred above the blade that swivelled, ran smooth as silk, until someone liked it even more than me, it disappeared the same day he quit work.....sheer coincidence no doubt.....
The person who never made a mistake never made anything
Cheers

I would be interested in this and I think you are offering it for the cost of the postage. Please correct me if that is not the case.
My impression is that the full name was Lesto Scintilla (I have a number of of Lesto drills of various descriptions) and this company is credited with inventing the jigsaw. I think it was taken over by Bosch at a later date, but I don't know exactly when. In fact if you Goggle Lesto it brings up Bosch without any reference to Lesto).
So on that basis "I will take it " if my assumption is correct.

Paul, you are correct. I would think about $15 for a satchel but I will check and confirm.

Paul
I posted it today, $15.
I put in something a little extra in case it doesn't work out, I am sure that you will find a use for it.
