    I acquired this new cutter during a firesale, but it doesn't fit anything I have. The cutter is 8mm straight with a few serrations. The shaft is

    I think it's just a straight bit with chip breakers to reduce the cutting pressure, kinda halfway between a roughing and a finishing bit.
