Actually how did our ANZAC day pens go Amos? The Warringa guys got a thumbs up back but I haven't seen anything about the ones we sent you. Might be due to me not noticing but just wondering.

Just a thought the next big day on the military calendar is Armistice Day in November. Are we going to see if we can put a bundle together for that one?

Been a little bit quiet lately but I thought of this thread when I saw this page online.

It is a pretty sober and factual type report about the experiences of Aussie troops in Afghanistan. I think News Ltd writer Ian McPhedran had a hand in it. Anyway if you want to see Rambo look elsewhere. I found it interesting and I am sure you guys will too.

OK girls and boys, it is TIME to start afew for the troops now, so I can send them to be passed on before Christmas, the troops do appreciate them, so even if you do 1 it is better than none, just pm me for my address, or if you know it , send those pens in FOR the Troops., on behalf of the many out there facing danger daily, Amos
