Finally I received a reply re the last lot of pens sent earlier in the year, here it is.
G'day Amos,
the pens you sent earlier this year were well received by the guys and girls in Afghanistan, thank you very much for your continued support and thoughts of the guys doing it hard. (Sorry I didn't tell you earlier, I have been doing 2 jobs most of the year and I have forgotten to do a few things along the way).

If you could forward the pens to me, I will ensure they are forwarded onto the soldiers currently serving overseas
