A great bit of history.
There are active fleets in Victoria and South Australia. David Payne has drawn up a new boat to the class rule recently too.
Restricted 21's
This is an enthusiast's boat as most are rigged quite expensively for racing speed. Also only a hull. So need to buy everything other than that.
