The hull looks nice and by a well known builder.
Seems a bit short on HP. !!!!
That "shelter" is bloody horrible.

The hull does look good , and being a Stenross hull , a little research may well find how she was set up originally.
The shed is a shocker.

14Hp should give hull speed for the boat, it will depend on prop dia&pitch and gearing.
Looks in good nick, and I agree that the Pilothouse(tongue in cheek here), looks bloody awful, it shouldd not be too difficult to rebuild, into a more suitable shape.
